Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that several types of goods cannot be returned, including UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, BRAS, PANTIES, and TAILORED/CUSTOM-MADE CLOTHES.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

  1. Click Return My Order.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your order.
  3. You will receive an email with a one-time, 6-digit code that you must enter to log in.
  4. Select the product you wish to return.
  5. Indicate the reason for the return.

After your Return Request is reviewed (typically within 2 business days), you will receive an email containing a return label if approved. If declined, you will also be notified via email. Once you have the return label, please ensure to return the item within 7 business days.

Important Notes on Returns
Return approval is not guaranteed. If accepted, European customers will receive a return shipping label, while international customers will receive detailed instructions on how to send their package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For items valued over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Remember, you can always reach out for any questions regarding returns at customerservice@lestyleparfait.com.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
Please note that some items may be out of stock, and customers will be notified accordingly. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. In some cases, a 5% fee will apply. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

To cancel an order within 24 hours, please email customerservice@lestyleparfait.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to cancel.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered. We will evaluate the issue and address it accordingly.

Exceptions to Returns
Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom products (including custom/tailor-made items, swimwear, bras, underwear, socks, or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address during your order, contact us immediately before shipping. Once shipped, we cannot change the address, but you can reach out to the carrier to attempt to redirect the delivery. Note that carriers may charge for this service.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable addresses will incur charges, typically around $39 by shipping carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

It’s advisable to register on our website or download the tracking app to monitor your orders.

Estimated Delivery Period = Processing + Shipping + Order Distribution
Note: This excludes any customs checks/clearance delays, which can occur randomly.

Refund Process
We will notify you within 2-3 business days after receiving and inspecting your return regarding your refund approval status.

If approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at customerservice@lestyleparfait.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and by using the provided return waybill, you consent to this deduction.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Custom-Made Items
Please note that custom-made or tailor-made clothing, especially men's suits and African clothing, are neither refundable nor exchangeable as they are made to the size provided.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at customerservice@lestyleparfait.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
