SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping with three options available: Standard, Expedited, and e-Packet. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia (Asia and African countries may have different delivery periods).

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your order and its destination.

Processing Period

We strive to process and ship all international orders within 5-10 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Custom or tailor-made items may require up to 15 working days to process, particularly for suits, evening dresses, and African attire.

Once processed, orders will be shipped, taking an additional 8-10 working days via Express shipping or up to 15 working days via Standard shipping.

Please note that shipment may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, your package will be taken to your local postal depot with a card providing re-delivery or collection instructions. Packages are typically held at the depot for one week, so we recommend arranging re-delivery or collection promptly.

Any returned orders due to delivery issues may incur a re-stocking fee or re-shipment costs.

Estimated delivery period includes processing, shipping, and order distribution times and does not account for customs checks, which can cause delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you realize your shipping address was incorrect or you've moved, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the address. You may, however, contact the carrier directly to attempt to change the address or reschedule delivery; note that this may incur a fee.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, nonexistent address, or unavailability of the recipient will incur charges from shipping carriers, typically starting at $39 USD.

Standard Shipping

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, but tracking may not be fully available immediately. USPS tracking information may take 10-12 days to be updated, but this does not indicate that your parcel is not in transit. Once USPS parcels arrive in the USA, delivery can take an additional 1-5 working days. While this service generally takes around 15 working days, delays may occur in certain countries or situations beyond our control.

Expedited Shipping

With UPS, TNT, FedEx, or DHL Express Worldwide, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order. These carriers typically deliver within 5-8 working days, depending on the destination. Please ensure you provide complete address details, including apartment or house number, street name, postal code, city, country, telephone number, and email address. Use the "special notes to the seller" section during checkout for any additional instructions. We will reach out if information is missing, which may cause delays.

Separate Packages

Orders may be split into multiple packages due to:

  • Backordered items
  • Weight restrictions
  • Branding requirements or warehouse locations

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order through our tracking application, which you can download via the link provided in your order confirmation email. Additionally, tracking is accessible via the link at the footer of our website.

Shipping updates will be sent via SMS or email, depending on the method selected during checkout. To receive updates for every step of your package's journey, please enable the “notify by email” option on the tracking page.

Note: USPS, First Class Airmail, and Royal International Mail may not provide tracking information for all global locations. We recommend using our tracking method or downloading the tracking application after placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages while in the mail system.

Customs Duties & Taxes

We have no control over customs taxes; we are required by law to declare the contents and true value of parcels, and you are responsible for any associated charges. Duties and taxes vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs for further information. To avoid additional charges, consider breaking down larger orders (e.g., over 5kg) into smaller packages (e.g., 1kg, 2kg, 3kg).

Currency Conversion

Our default currency is US ($). You can select your currency from the dropdown menu, but please note that payments will be processed in US ($) at checkout. Currency conversion rates depend on your bank's current rates.
